As Lars Müller re-publishes one of the foundational documents of contemporary graphic design in a beautiful facsimile edition, we offer our readers the chance to grab a copy for themselves.

If you ever needed to be convinced of the power and effect that publishing a magazine can have on its subject of interest, then Josef Müller-Brockmann’s Neue Grafik (the “International Review of graphic design and related subjects”) would be a prime candidate. Operating between 1958 and 1965, the title was central in establishing and disseminating the Swiss school credo that would come to dominate graphic design in the latter half or the twentieth century. Hans Neuburg, Carlo Vivarelli and Richard Paul Lohse joined Müller-Brockmann in steering the editorial direction of a magazine that promoted both a rigorous formal language and conceptual approach to projects in a way that transformed the landscape of corporate design in particular.
