If you're looking for something to brighten your weekend now we've finally made it out of January, look no further than The International Weird Collage Show, which makes its London debut this month at Jealous in Shoreditch, the latest show in a series of acclaimed exhibitions held in New York, Berlin, Barcelona, Madrid and beyond since 2010. The exhibition is organised by The Weird Show, a collective dedicated to the exploration of collage as a contemporary artistic practice, and aims to explore the myriad ways in which this particular creative methodology can be employed, focusing on work that challenges preconceived ideas of what collage can be.
Curated by The Weird Show founder Max-o-matic and London-based artist James Springall, The International Weird Collage Show at Jealous includes the work of 25 artists and designers, among them DR.ME, Anthony Gerace, Maxwell Sterling, Lola Dupre and Sarah Hardacre, and a range of prints will be available for sale alongside the exhibited work. You've got until 11 February to head down to Jealous in Shoreditch and take it all in.
